Attorney Timothy Neville of Boise; ethical troll

The state of California presented Timothy David Neville with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Vermont School of Law.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Sought to illegally influence a judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Timmy practices with Neville Law Investigations in Boise, Idaho.
