Attorney Dianne Marshall of New Orleans; ethical goblin

The state of Louisiana presented Dianne J. Marshall with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Disciplinary Board found Dianne guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed in her obligations upon being terminated
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Marcus by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Marcus practices at 216 South Thomson Avenue in Iowa, Louisiana.
