Attorney Clinton Wilcoxson II of Vandalia, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio presented Clinton Ralph Wilcoxson II with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel Bar found Clinton guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Clinton!)
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Professional Conduct
  • Failed to inform client he did not carry legal malpractice insurance

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Clinton by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Clinton.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Clinton practices at 211 Kenbrook Drive in Vandalia, Ohio.
