Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX): Today’s “Jim Jordan Ass-Kisser” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Louie. In the past, he has been the recipient of thirty (35) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Louie is another in a long list of loser attorneys that decided to go into political punditry after learning how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law after he graduated in from Baylor University Law School. Therefore, he decided to go into the second most ethical profession (used car salesman No. 1), politics.

It should be noted that Louie has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-one years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Tyler area.

After having his lips carefully applied with a dose of Industrial Strength Chapstick provided to him at no cost by Rep. Jim Jordan, Louie made the following laughable statements regarding allegations that Jordan was totally unaware of sexual abuse going on with wrestlers at Ohio State University (OSU) when he was the wrestling coach.

• "Unlike the Olympians who were minor children at the time they were abused, these former wrestlers were adults at the time they claim they were sexually abused by the Ohio State team doctor." the Texas Republican said in a statement.
• "Note that they do not claim they reported specific abuse to Jim Jordan or to anyone else.”
• “To the contrary, they specifically state they did not tell Jordan but instead say he should have known because there was talk around the locker room."

As irrefutable evidence that Louie is a damn liar is the fact that several OSU wrestlers specifically stated that they advised Jordan of the sexual misconduct involving team doctor Richard Strauss.

What we have here is Louie stating that sexual abuse of someone that was an 18-year-old freshman at OSU was acceptable because he wasn’t a minor child. This only further proves that as long as the sexual abuser is a Republican such as former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert then said criminal conduct is kosher.

I’m sure that the child molestation involving former Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore was also acceptable in the eyes of Louie since Moore was also a Republican.
