Attorney John Collins of Jersey City, NJ; convicted bully

The state of New Jersey  presented John J. Collins with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Plead guilty to one count of criminal mischief
  • Plead guilty to three disorderly persons offenses
  • Plead guilty to two counts of simple assault
  • Involved in a “road rage” incident
  • Angered by the actions of another driver, Johnny [aka, Johnny Batts] retrieved a baseball bat from his trunk and struck the driver’s vehicle multiple times

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him  with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Johnny practices in Jersey City, New Jersey.
