Attorney Raymond Burbine of Petersburg, FL; moron, repeat offender

The state of Florida provided Raymond Todd Burbine with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Whittier University Law School.

The State Bar Court of Florida found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

Ray’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Represented husband and wife in marriage dissolution matter
• Failed to obtain written waivers from wife/husband regarding conflict of interest
• Prepared waiver of child support on husband’s behalf in contravention of Florida law
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Florida Supreme Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

Ray’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Shared fees with nonlawyers
• Split fees with disbarred attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
