Attorney Armando Rosal of Palm Bay, FL; slacker, loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided Armando Eduardo Rosal with a law license in 19932 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The State Bar Court of Florida found Armando guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Counseled client to engage, or assisted a client, in conduct that he knew or reasonably should have known was criminal or fraudulent
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly inform client of any decision or circumstance with respect to which the client’s informed consent was required
• Failed to consult with client about means by which client objectives were to be accomplished
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Failed to consult with client about any relevant limitation on his conduct when he knew or reasonably should have known that the client expects assistance not permitted the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Armando by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As one would suspect, Armando fails to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.rosallaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit his future victim pool.
