It should be noted that Keith is not a licensed attorney nor did he attend law school.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to behave in manner promoting public confidence in judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and appearance of impropriety
• Failed to uphold the law
• Failed to perform judicial duties fairly and impartially
• Abandoned impartiality by submitting amicus (friend of the court) appellate briefs in two cases on behalf of a party and a matter that he was not personally involved in

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits and Aspiring Standup Comedians sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Keith continues to sit as a San Marcos Precinct Justice of the Peace in Phoenix, Arizona.
