Attorney Douglas Grabinski of Clear Lake, IA; thieving loser

The state of Iowa provided Douglas R. Grabinski with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Iowa Supreme Court found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly paid himself fees and costs prior to obtaining court approval to so act
• Collected an illegal fee (thief)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, the  Grabinski Law Firm fails to disclose the misconduct of Doug as set forth above on its self-service website at www.grabinskilaw.com. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients in order to not limit its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Doug practices with the Grabinski Law Firm at 604 Buddy Holly Place in Clear Lake, Iowa.
