Attorney John Senning of Essex, CT; ethical goblin

The state of Connecticut provided John L. Senning with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Maine School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the misconduct set forth below, Johnny’s law license was suspended for his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their attorneys.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Failed to deposit advance fees in client trust account
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Johnny by gifting his a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Johnny practices with the Essex Law Group Offices at 9-2 Novelty Lane in Essex, Connecticut.
