Attorney Jason McCoy of Vernon, CT; slacker

The state of Connecticut provided Jason L. McCoy with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the Western New England College School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the misconduct set forth below, Jason’s law license was suspended on one occasion his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their attorneys.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jason by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Jason practices with the Law Office of Jason L. McCoy LLC at 280 Talcottville Road in Vernon, Connecticut.
