Attorney Timothy Dillon of Wilmington, DE; ethical troll

The state of Delaware presented Timothy A. Dillon with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Delaware Supreme Court found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to make reasonable efforts to locate and/or serve defendants within the time prescribed by Superior Court rules
• Failed to timely file motions to extend time for service of lawsuit in seventeen cases
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under Superior Court Rules
• Failed to maintain books and records
• Misrepresented [lied] status of the practices of firm’s financial books and record keeping
• Failed to adequately supervise office staff
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Timmy practices at 300 Delaware Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware.
