Attorney John O’Neill of West Hartford, CT; idiotic slacker

The state of Connecticut provided John F.X. O’Neill with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in providing competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with candor towards tribunal
• Failure to properly respond to opposing counsel’s discovery requests led to the trial court’s dismissal of client’s case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Davey by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Johnny practices in West Hartford , Connecticut.
