Attorney Brian Rice of Scottsboro, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented Brian Rice with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to place flat fee into client trust account
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain trust account records
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to prepare necessary paperwork in timely manner
• Failed to make refund to client until after the client filed an ethics complaint

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Brian practices at 412 South Scott Street in Scottsboro, Alabama.
