The state of Alabama presented Frank Wilson Myers Sr. with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Made false statement of material fact to a tribunal
• Knowingly made a false and derogatory comment disparaging the integrity of a sitting judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Frankie practices with Myers Myers & Dixon, LLC at 2081 Columbiana Road in Birmingham, Alabama.
