Attorney Irvin Lyon of Pelham, AL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Alabama presented Irvin Harry Lyon with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the Miles School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Irv guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Convicted in Shelby Circuit Court of menacing
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Irv by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Irv practices at 1988 Chandalar Court in Pelham, Alabama.
