Attorney Mark Turner of Gardendale, AL; thieving loser

The state of Alabama presented Mark Bishop Turner with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to refund unearned fee (thief)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to provide client with accounting of fee claim

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Mark practices with the Mark Turner Law Firm at 861 Pinemeadow Drive in Gardendale, Alabama.
