Attorney Willie Huntley Jr. of Mobile, AL; lying loser

The state of Alabama presented Willie Julius Huntley Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association Virgil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Lied under oath [perjury] in application to practice in limited manner in a federal bankruptcy court that he was never the subject of an ethics complaint
• Falsely stated during ethics investigation that he was unaware that discipline in Alabama was required to be listed on his bankruptcy application for limited practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Willie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Alabama are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Willie was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Willie practices with the Huntley Law Firm in Mobile, Alabama.
