The state of Pennsylvania provided Elliott Tolan with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Villanova University Law School.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Elliott guilty of the following misconduct.

Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal

Engaged in illegal practice of law in a unlicensed jurisdiction

Violated or attempted to violate rules of professional responsibility, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Elliott by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. November 2018) Elliott practices in Ardmore, Pennsylvania.
