Attorney Robert Saidis of Mechanicsburg, PA; cheerleader for Crooked Attorneys

The state of Pennsylvania presented Robert Saidis with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Penn State University School of Law.

In one matter, Bobby was a member of an Attorney Disciplinary Panel that reviewed a law license reinstatement application submitted by attorney Philip Valentino Jr. of Bensalem, Pennsylvania who was convicted of mail fraud, which included submitting fabricated medical bills claims on behalf of his mother.

A more detailed story regarding Mr. Valentino’s egregious misconduct can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

Subsequently, Bobby came to the following laughable Conclusions of Law in his ruling to reinstate Phil the Felon’s law license.

  • He has moral qualifications to practice
  • Is endowed with requisite competency and learning
  • Resumption of practice will not be detrimental to the integrity of the bar (Give me a break!)
  • Reinstatement of license will not be injurious to the administration of justice
  • Granting right to practice will not be subversive of the public interest

So here we have a so-called Officer of the Court ruling that a convicted thief is “moral,” and allowing him to resume his practice would not be subversive to the public interest. Clearly, Bobby missed his calling as a Standup Comedian.

And lastly, it appears as though Bobby is of the firm belief that Phil the Felon has a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practicing law.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Bobby practices with Saidis Shultz & Fisher at 100 Sterling Parkway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
