The state of Maryland presented Greg Stuart Friedman with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to enter into definitive written agreement with his client regarding the disposition of escrowed funds
• Delayed creating records regarding escrowed funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
