Attorney Joseph Nicotero of Monroeville, PA; cheating loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided Joseph F. Nicotero with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take action in client matters
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement;
• Failed to return unearned portion or retainer (cheater)
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Joey!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018) Joey practices at with Nicotero & Lowden PC at 3948 Monroeville Blvd in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.
