The state of Pennsylvania provided Marc I. Simon with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from Villanova University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Marc guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly supervise underlings
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Marc by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
