Attorney Cynthia Katz of Freeport, NY; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Cynthia Groomes Katz with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Duke University  Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Gene guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cynthia ailed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the course of the representation.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Gene by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018) Gene practices with the Law Offices of Cynthia A. Groomes at 92 Dehnhoff Avenue in Freeport, New York.
