Attorney Richard Moore II of Hunt Valley, MD; moronic slacker

The state of Maryland presented Richard Allen Moore II with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from University of Maryland Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Negligently represented the facts in a matter
• Improperly terminated attorney-client relationship

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Dick practices with the Offices of Administrative Hearings at 11101 Gilroy Road in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
