Attorney Raymond Vanzego Jr. of Upper Marlboro, MD; ethical troll

The state of Maryland presented Raymond Jerome Vanzego Jr. with a law license in 2000 after she graduated Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to create and maintain attorney trust account
• Failed to safe-keeps funds in trust
• Failed to maintain accurate and complete financial records of his trust account
• Commingled funds with client funds
• Used trust funds for unauthorized purposes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Ray practices with the Law Office of R.J. Vanzego Jr. LLC at 9450 Marlboro Pike in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
