Attorney Mark Wemple of Highland, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Mark David Wemple with a law license in 2001 after he graduated Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safe-keep client funds
• Failed to obtain client’s informed consent confirmed in writing to deposit an unearned fee paid in advance into an account that was not an attorney trust account
• Failed failing to maintain accurate and complete financial records of his attorney trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Mark practices with the Law Office of Mark D. Wemple at 6552 Prestwick Drive in Highland, Maryland.
