Attorney John Hopkins of Takoma Park, MD; scofflaw

The state of Maryland presented John Allen Hopkins with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Delivered contraband to his incarcerated client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2019) Johnny practices at 8011 Flower Avenue in Takoma Park, Maryland.
