Attorney Manlio Raponi of Ontario, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Manlio Tullio Raponi with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Toronto Law School.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found Manlio guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Manlio!)
• Engaged in unprofessional conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Manlio by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
