Attorney Alan Martin of Omaha; cheating idiot

The state of Nebraska provided Alan D. Martin with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Charged and/or collected an excessive fee (cheater)
• Failed to perform any research to discover if client was eligible for change of immigrant status
  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Alan practices with the Law Office of Alan D. Martin at 1905 Harney Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
