Attorney Laird Moore of Omaha, NE; idiotic slacker  

The state of Nebraska provided Laird T. Moore with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Laird guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Laird!)
• Failed to adequately represent client in her divorce matter
• Failed to provide accounting to client to justify fees
  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Alan practices with the Law Office of Laird Moore at 319 South 17^th Street in Omaha, Nebraska.
