Attorney Maynard Weinberg of Omaha; cheating loser

The state of Nebraska provided Maynard H. Weinberg with a law license in 1966 after she graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Maynard guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated his oath of office as an attorney
• Attempted to bill client an additional $75 an hour in direct contravention of written fee agreement
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Charged/collected an excessive fee (cheater)
  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Maynard by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Maynard practices with Weinberg & Weinberg PC at 9290 West Dodge Road in Omaha, Nebraska.
