Attorney Brandon Buchanan of Eau Claire, WI; thieving loser

The state of Wisconsin provided Brandon Buchanan with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Law Wisconsin School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Brandon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brandon!)
• Failed to deposit client payment into a trust account
• Failed to maintain any client trust accounts as required to do
• Failed to keep in regular contact with the clients
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to file bankruptcy petition on behalf of clients
• Failed to refund any unearned portion of advance fee (thief)
• Failed to provide clients with accounting of claimed fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Brandon by gifting him with  a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Brandon practices with the Buchanan Law Office at 604 Galloway Street in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
