Attorney William Lichtenfels of Guilford, CT; slacker

The state of Connecticut provided William Lichtenfels with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the misconduct set forth below, Billy's law license was suspended three (3) times for his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fundm, which was set up to reimburse clients cheated by thier attorneys. 

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Billy practices with the Law Office of William A. Lichtenfels at 78 Trailwood Drive in Guilford, Connecticut.
