Attorney Robert Garner IV of Durham, NC; lying loser

The state of North Carolina provided Robert Alexander Garner IV with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misrepresented to a magistrate that the prosecutor who dismissed criminal charges brought by his client did not oppose refiling the charges
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Made untruthful statements to the Grievance Committee (Screw you, said Bobby!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bobby by gifting him with a third complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Bobby practices at 3012 Cardinal Lake Drive in Durham, North Carolina.
