Attorney Jeffrey Miller of Jacksonville, NC; ethical gremlin

The state of North Carolina provided Jeffrey S. Miller with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jeff improperly agreed that his client would not would not file a Bar grievance against the client’s former counsel if the former counsel paid money to settle a dispute.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jeff by gifting him with a third complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Jeff practices at 313 Country Club Drive in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
