Judge Rita Miller of Los Angeles; incompetent imbecile

The state of California presented Rita J. Miller with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from Loyola Marymount College of Law.

Former Gov. Gray Davis was duped into appointing Rita as an Los Angeles Superior Court judge in 2001. Rita didn’t get the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the greater Los Angeles area. She got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Rita was assigned to preside over a taxpayer’s action against the California Department of Motor Vehicles and its director which alleges that the agency unlawfully conducts hearings on license revocations where the same person acts both as an advocate for revocation and as the adjudicator.

Shortly after the case was filed, Judge the Moron granted summary judgment to the defendants on the specious ground that the plaintiffs, California DUI Lawyers Association and attorney Stephen R. Mandell, lacked standing to sue. (Metropolitan News)

Subsequently, the plaintiffs filed an appeal that led to a reversal of Rita’s ignorant ruling dismissing the case. In its ruling, the Court of Appeal stated in part:

Of course Rita the Incompetent Moron doesn’t much give a damn how many times her asinine rulings are overturned by the Court of Appeal because she knows that no judge  in California has ever been removed from office for being a Moron. Additionally, Rita has absolutely no concern for how much taxpayer money is wasted as a direct result of her gross incompetence.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Rita continues to sit as an Los Angeles County Superior Court judge in Los Angeles , California.
