Attorney Charles Cherry of Nashville, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Charles William Cherry with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie failed to keep adequate time records to support billing claims he filed with the Administrative Office of the Courts.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Charlie practices at 4400 Belmont Park Terrace in Nashville, Tennessee.
