Attorney Connie Allison of Nashville; ethical goblin

The state of Tennessee provided Connie Allison with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from the University of Nashville School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Connie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Divulged confidential client information
  • Engaged in prohibited transactions with client
  • Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
  • Failed to act with candor when dealing with a tribunal (Screw you, said Connie!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Connie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2018) Connie practices at 5543 Edmonson Pike in Nashville, Tennessee.
