Attorney James Fisher Jr. of Memphis, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided James B. Fisher Jr. with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Consistently used office trust account to pay personal expenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2018) Jimmy practices at 5865 Ridgeway Center Parkway in Memphis, Tennessee.
