Attorney Roger Madison Jr. of Olympia, WA; ethical troll

The state of Washington presented Roger B. Madison with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Washington State Bar Association found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Used illegal means to aid in discovery in case v. former girlfriend
• Illegally obtained former girlfriend’s computer password, accessed her e-mail account, read and deleted e-mails sent to her, and copied her e-mail address book
• Criminally charged with computer trespass in the second degree, which was subsequently dismissed after Roger and girlfriend reached a civil misdemeanor compromise

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Roger  practices with the Madison Law Firm LLC at 2102 Carriage Drive SW in Olympia, Washington.
