Attorney Richard Cornetta Jr. of Franklin, MA; scofflaw

The state of New York presented Richard Robert Cornetta Jr. with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the New England Law School.

The Third Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the attorney registration requirements of Judiciary Law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 15-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Dick practices with Cornetta Ficco & Simmler PC at 4 West Street in Franklin, Massachusetts.
