Attorney Janice Vaughn of North Little Rock; cheating loser

The state of Arkansas presented Janice Wegener Vaughn with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Janice guilty of the following misconduct.

• Used state resources (i.e., telephone, email, office time) for engaging in for engaging in private practice of law
• Utilized state sick time to engage in private practice of law
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Janice by gifting her with a complimentary caution. 

As we speak (December 2018), Janice practices at 206 Dooley Road in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
