Attorney Vaughn Cordes of Fayetteville, AR; scamming loser

The state of Arkansas presented Vaughn H. Cordes with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Vaughn guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Filed bankruptcy petition on behalf of Barney Minor knowing he had not signed the petition
  • Filed bankruptcy application to pay filing fee in installments  on behalf of Julie Snodgrass knowing she had not signed the petition
  • Filed a Bankruptcy Petition and Application to Pay Filing Fee in Installments on behalf of Susan Nichols and Lisa Oberlies knowing they had not signed the petition and application

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Vaughn by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Tommy practices at418 Town Center in East Bella Vista, Arkansas.
