Attorney Alvin Simes of Forrest City, AR; moron, serial offender

The state of Arkansas presented Alvin Leonard Simes with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Alvin guilty of the following misconduct.

Prior to the two (2) instances of misconduct set forth below, Alvin received three (3) complimentary cautions and one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

Alvin’s 5^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to perfect services on defendant in client’s case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Alvin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand
