Attorney Gil Capito of Philippines; potty mouth loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Gil Luisito R. Capito with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Gil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross discourtesy
• Failed to live up to his oath of office
• Engaged in abusive, scandalous, menacing and improper language

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Gil by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
