Attorney Theodora Lenihan of Portland, OR; ethical goblin

The state of Oregon provided Theodora Hsia Lenihan with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Theodora guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with annual certification of lawyer trust account
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Theodora!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Theodora by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2018) Theodora practices at 555 NW Park Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
