Attorney Ann Highet of Portland, OR; convicted druggie

The state of Oregon provided Ann Highet with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Annie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Arrested for driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Began to struggle and refused to listen to command while being handcuffed
  • Resisted officers and kicked one officer in the shin
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Search by female officer discovered cocaine in her purse
  • Pled guilty to driving under the influence
  • Pled guilty to unlawful possession of cocaine, a felony
  • Plead guilty to resisting arrest
  • Pled guilty to attempted assault of a public safety officer

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Annie by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Annie practices at 8601 SW 24th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
