Attorney Trevor Robins of Portland, OR; ethical troll

The state of Oregon provided Trevor Robins with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Trevor guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to withdraw when required to so act
• Failed to take necessary steps to protect client interest after discharge
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Trevor!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in illegal practice of law in another state
• Wrote check to pay bar dues on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to comply with court order to appear
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Trevor.
