Attorney Timothy Strader of Portland, OR; ethical troll

The state of Oregon provided Timothy R. Strader with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Williamette University Law School. Timmy also received a law license from the state of Washington in 2004.

The Oregon State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to deposit/maintain client funds in trust account
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to account for client funds
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Timmy practices with The Strader Law Firm PC at 520 SW Yamhill Street in Portland, Oregon.
